Offensive Customer service

The tattoos were not delivered and no tracking was provided. When I asked (after over a month) to be refunded, I received a very nasty email from this company asking that I “never order from them again as I do not understand the terms of service.” This was really surprising to me, as my email was polite and professional. I responded that I was surprised by their reaction— it seemed pretty fair to ask for money back for a product not received. I was going to order a few thousand for a conference, but definitely not anymore. The emails I got were so rude and hostile…Whoever is running customer service here has some real anger issues and is taking them out on customers who deserve not to be verbally insulted.
