Shipping methods and charges
1) Standard non-tracked shipping:
Free shipping worldwide when you order two items or more, else $2.95 VAT inc.
Please be advised that Little Tattoos cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays for all non-tracked deliveries although we will do our best to sort it out with the carrier.
2) Tracked & signed shipping:
$5.95 VAT inc.

3) Tracked & signed express shipping
Free shipping worldwide in orders over $89.99 or $28.95 VAT inc.
It will be shipped through a courier company (UPS, DHL, etc.), within 1 to 7 business days, worldwide.
During busy season (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take slightly longer. Valid street addresses only, we will not deliver through priority shipping to P.O. Boxes or Poste Restante.
Little Tattoos will not be held responsible for delays or returned packages, but will be held responsible for lost packages for all tracked deliveries, and after we confirm with the carrier that the package has been lost, we will send a new package or give the money back. This confirmation process can take up to 6 months since the order was placed.
To submit an order for products you must fill the shipping information as a guest or create an account with Little Tattoos on this website by registering your details and creating a password which will be associated to your username (the email address which you have indicated) and complete and submit the online order through your Little Tattoos account.
Little Tattoos undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.
Little Tattoos reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, Little Tattoos will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
Prices and Payment
1. All prices on the website are in US Dollars and are inclusive of VAT. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice, being accepted that the price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order.
2. The amount payable to Little Tattoos for an order will be the total of the following amounts:
a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order (Product Subtotal);
b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
3. You must pay the order amount by credit card at the time of submitting the order. Payments will be made through the securized systems PayPal or Square, which uses the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, so that all information is encrypted by a software and no third-parties may have access to this information during its communication on the web.
4. Around 1% of the orders where the order is to be delivered to some countries outside the European Union, you may need to pay customs charges to the government in addition to the order amount.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled. If cancelled, there is a $20 unclaimed shipping fee. During this process we incur costs in money, time and labor that are lost when an order is returned. All unclaimed shipment fees will be deducted from your refund. If the payment of your order falls behind the unclaimed shipment fee, you will not be elegible for a refund.
Your right to return the purchase
All orders are final and we do not accept returns nor exchanges.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Little Tattoos will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Little Tattoos will send a new product for free.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Little Tattoos to process any refund or exchange. Please email to email@example.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Little Tattoos staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
You have the right to return the products, without any justification nor any penalty. However, if the return of the products is not motivated by a product defect or an error committed by Little Tattoos, you will bear the shipping charges for the return.
Little Tattoos will reimburse you within 30 days from the exercise of your right to cancel the purchase.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order before it's been shipped, 10% of your total amount with a minimum of $3 will be charged as a cancellation fee. During this process we incur costs in money and labor that are lost when an order is cancelled.
All orders marked as at risk for fraud will be verified by calling and emailing the client. Please be sure to provide us with the right email address and phone number to avoid any delays in the order process.
